Adventures in Exercise Physiology
I do a stationary bicycle 30" /da strictly to burn calories - not my intention to develop strength or conditioning. So, instead of 30" continuously, can I achieve my goal with X3 sets @ 10" each? Thanks.

The short and long answers are both YES! In fact, if you work at a higher average intensity during all three 10 minute intervals than the one 30 minute interval, you will burn MORE calories (this should hopefully make sense). Get to it!
